Tutorial #1 : Building your website with Frames
You may have visited a website that when you scroll down the page, either the top portion or side bar (or both) are stationery. This is because the website was built with frames.
Frames are a good way (or bad way depending on who you ask) to maximize the usability of your website.
The UPs:
- Your visitor doesn't have to scroll back up the page to get back to your navigation links.
- Objects (such as banner ads) that which viewing time is crucial can be placed in a frame
